The Colony at White Pine Canyon offers the largest ski in, ski out home sites in North America.   The project is a gated community located right on The Canyons Ski Resort ski slopes.  And, because much of The Colony is located away from the resort center, it's almost like having your own private ski resort.  Most skiers will tend to stay towards the center of the resort.  And, you will be able to cut first track in the morning and have the slopes almost to yourself in the affternoon as the daily skiers need to head back to the resort center to get down the mountain.

The Colony at White Pine Canyons are typically 4 acres and more.  And, you're allowed to build a main house, a guest house, and a third building (like a toy barn or extra garage).  The community has a private gated entrance with staff at the gate house to ensure your privacy.

There are miles and miles of trails available for you to hike or ride on during the summer.  And, gorgeous meadows to walk.  In the fall, you'll hear the resident elk herd bugling and catch glimpses of moose and other wild life.
